Doug Robinson provides US and Canadian tax planning and compliance services to individuals, corporations (including S-Corps and C-Corps), partnerships, LLCs/LLPs, joint ventures, not-for-profit organizations, charities, trusts and estates. He has assisted clients who are coming to Canada, leaving Canada, investing in Canada and those who have cross-border and international activities. His specialty is dealing with tax matters for owner-managed businesses, individuals, trusts, estates and corporations as well as cross-border situations including US taxation. Doug has been a frequent instructor for the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants on various tax matters and is a contributor to Tax Topics published by CCH Canadian Limited. Doug also served as a Professor at Humber College at the Toronto, Lakeshore campus.
