Welcome to Ahana Counselling & Consulting. We offer compassionate, culturally responsive counselling and consultation services for individuals, couples, families, and communities. Our work is grounded in social justice, equity and empowerment. We support children, youth, and adults with mental health, substance use, child welfare, relationship, and family-related concerns. Services are tailored to each person’s needs and lived experiences, using trauma-informed and evidence-informed approaches that promote healing, resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy coping. Areas of Support include depression, anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation; self-esteem, confidence, identity, and coping skills; trauma, PTSD, substance use, and addiction-related concerns; child welfare, parenting, and family-related challenges; couple, marital, and relationship concerns; family conflict, violence, abuse, harassment, and safety-related concerns; and First Nations and Indigenous community concerns.
