Steven's vision is to bring 5 standards of food and service to as many people as possible in his lifetime!A passion for fresh, locally sourced, seasonal and organic produce, the flavours of which infuse my menus. The menus are developed by a team of talented chefs under the guidance of Creative Director Lee Scott. Lee was previously Head Chef of world renowned Savoy Hotel, London.
