Introducing the newest hostel in the Canadian Rockies, Fireweed Hostel is now open.Nestled in the Kicking Horse Valley, surrounded by tall mountain peaks, the hostel is central to amazing sights and year round activities and has direct access to many classic hikes (including the Burgess Shale fossil beds) and cross-country ski trails. Our position for accessing any part of the four national mountain parks, Banff, Jasper, Kootenay and Yoho is unsurpassed.The hostel, new in February 2007, is small, clean and friendly. Our hostel is 'boutique style' offering high quality accommodation and suitable for the discerning traveller.
