The Tsawwassen BIA was formed in January 1991 with the mandate to build and maintain a strong business community, and to promote the downtown area, so that our businesses thrive and prosper. The commercial district of Tsawwassen along 56th Street and 12th Avenue is the heart of town, with over 250 businesses ranging from retail shops, award-winning restaurants & unique coffee shops, and a variety of professional services.
