On September 1, 2009, Dayliter Industries (established in 1979) was purchased by Spectrum Skyworks and formed a new company, Dayliter Skylights. By doing business as a subsidiary of Spectrum Skyworks, the exceptionally strong brand reputation and innovative product designs have been integrated into a dynamic new leader in the specialty skylight industry, now with over 50 years combined experience throughout North America.
