Fabulous Confection Collection Following his training at Maison Wittamer, Belgium's most respected chocolate house and the exclusive chocolate supplier to Belgian royalty, Maître Chocolatier Wim Tas came to Canada in 2002 and started his own business; ChocolaTas. It was here that he created a fabulous confection collection that includes chocolates and chocolate truffles made with select Belgian dark and milk chocolate, gourmet gift baskets and artisan boxes perfect for every event and occasion.
