Dr. Karseboom's background includes therapy with both children/adolescents, families, couples, and adults in a variety of settings for mild to severe emotional, behavioral, or mental issues. She offers psychoeducational, clinical, and parenting capacity assessments. She has been a registered psychologist since 2007 in the province of Alberta and is qualified as an expert in Alberta Family Court in Parenting/Psychological Assessments and Drug/Alcohol Addictions. A particular interest and specialty of hers is trauma work. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has experience and training in working with dissociative disorders. She also has a therapy dog named Jacey.
