Montessoti Training Centre Of BC

The Montessori Training Centre of British Columbia is a non-profit society established in 1982 to meet the growing needs for Montessori teachers in Western Canada. The Primary Montessori Teacher Training Course it offers prepares adults to work with children ages 3 to 6 years. It is accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Montessori Children's Community opened in September 5, 2006 in the heart of the Cambie/Oakridge area in Vancouver and accepts children between three to five years of age in the morning session, with the older children staying in the afternoon for the extended day programme.
